2004	All of the measures for qualification are concentrated in the new „Christiani Academy” Cooperation with the Association of German Vocational Trainers” (setting, printing and distribution of the member’s journal)
2002	Setup of a new business field: „Automation Technology“ Purchasing and continuing of the specialist magazine „Bildungspraxis“ covering the latest news and subjects around vocational education Setup of an e-learning platform for Christiani customers. Taking over of AMD - a metal processing company - to provide own manufacturing of examination material.
2001	The examinations for the craftman’s diploma for ARGE Metallbau are carried out by Christiani Setup of an own export department to expand into foreign markets
2000	Cooperation with BIBB (Federal Institute for Vocational Education). Christiani’s responsibility comprises of update and marketing of all media of BIBB and for practical education. Establishment of a branch in Berlin: Christiani Berlin GmbH Cooperation with the educational branch of DIHK (German Chambers of Commerce). Setting, printing, marketing and distribution of the new journal “IHK – Die Ausbildung”.

1998	Management Buy Out to four executives of Dr.-Ing. Paul Christiani GmbH Cooperation with the metal trade associations of Bayern, Baden-Württemberg and Hessen to produce professional documents for training and examination.
