The Functional Unit Hydraulic Press enables to work on a maximum pressure of 600 N. After inserting of a workpiece, the safety door is closing and the workpieces are being pressed by a hydraulic cylinder. Afterwards, they are pushed throughout the re-opened safety door by a pneumatic cylinder and given to further transportation. The press provides an all-around closed working space. Its security walls of plexi glass are giving good visibility to the pressing process. Also a two-hand safety control is provided. This functional unit is completely fixed upon one mounting plate, which enables its easy and flexible mounting on an aluminium profile plate both stand-alone and together with additional functional units.
